Can I change the delivery address on my order?Updated 10 days ago

Please reach out to us as soon as possible - there is small window of time to make the change before shipping depending on when the order is created, and when the request is sent across. We will always give a best effort to locate and change the order if still in the warehouse. If order has already shipped and in-transit, we can request an address re-direct, but will typically charge the carrier cost to the customer. 

Send address change request to [email protected] - we do have an AI script that will automatically make the change if the order has not been printed out for shipping. Other efforts will require us to engage and find the order.
