Our furniture and other large items are shipped via specialized LTL (Less-than-Truckload) third-party carriers to ensure safe handling of high-value merchandise.
After your custom furniture order is received, please allow an additional 4-10 days for the freight carrier to deliver your order, depending on your location. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Promptly responding to the carrier will help expedite your delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the name of the carrier and the freight tracking.
Delivery Options
Curbside Delivery (Standard): This is our standard delivery method.
Your order will arrive on a semi-trailer, likely secured to a pallet.
You (or a representative) must be present at the scheduled time to accept the delivery.
You are responsible for unloading the items from the truck. Many products are heavy, so please ensure you have the necessary assistance and equipment for a safe unloading process.
You are responsible for unpacking the items and moving them into your home.
A liftgate service may be available for an additional cost, depending on the carrier.
Doorside Delivery (Premium): For an additional fee, you may request doorside delivery. With this service, the delivery team will bring your item from the truck and up to your door or garage.
White Glove Delivery (Ultra Premium) For an additional fee, the carrier will bring the item into your home and set up in the room of your choice.
