Damaged Items 

While damages are rare, accidents can happen during transit. Please inspect your items thoroughly upon arrival.

If you discover any damage:

  1. DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY.

  2. Make the delivery driver aware of the issues before they leave, if possible. 

  3. Clearly note and describe all damage on the Freight Bill of Lading (the document the driver will have you sign).

  4. Accept the shipment and contact us immediately by emailing [email protected].

  5. Our team will file the claim with the shipper and arrange for a replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Made-to-Order & Custom Furniture: All sales on custom and made-to-order furniture are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items.

  • This does not include carrier damage or any other product defect or damage. 

Product Disclaimer

Our furniture is crafted from authentic bourbon barrel staves, which may display small splits, knots, joint lines, or other organic features. These are normal characteristics of reclaimed barrel wood and are not considered quality defects. Please note that expansion or contraction of the wood due to extreme variations in temperature or humidity is not covered.
